Our next available 2-Day Basic Fundamentals Class will be April 10th-11th near Huntsville TX!

We will start Saturday at 8am inside the ranch lodge with a short period of instruction (PowerPoint presentation). We will then bring all weapons, ammo and other shooting gear to the back deck of the lodge where we will shoot various sizes of steel targets from 100-500 yards

You are free to make your weapon safe and step off the line for bathroom breaks, to stretch your legs or to grab a drink or snack.

We will break for lunch near 12pm where food will be served inside the lodge. After lunch it’s back to slinging lead down range. We will conclude shooting near 5pm but prior to ending our day we will have a fun yet challenging shooter competition where the winner will collect a prize!

Your evening can be spent relaxing in the lodge, playing pool, darts, shuffleboard, fishing for monster bass or even hunting one of the 50 species of native and exotic animals the ranch offers (harvest fees apply).

Feel free to bring your adult beverage of choice but please remain responsible.

The second day will start at 8am with a good breakfast before we head across the ranch to our long range. Your shooting will be challenged from 300-1,400 yards with a variation of wind calls as you stretch out to the furthest target.

Lunch is at 12:30 back at the lodge. After lunch we will focus on perfecting those wind calls, making correct elevation adjustments and listening to the sound of the steel targets being slapped with lead from your rifle. We will end this day with another challenging shooter competition with an even better prize than the day prior!

Applying the basic fundamentals will pay off!
